Pavilions has an outstanding bakery section with freshly-baked French loaves, sourdough, baguettes, and more. “I stop by Pavilions regularly, and one thing I never leave without is a loaf of their freshly baked bread,” one shopper said. “The aroma in the bakery is hard to resist, and the bread is always soft, flavorful, and tastes like it just came out of the oven.”
Wegmans
Wegmans shoppers love the freshly-baked artisan breads from the bakery section, like the Organic Pane Italian Bread. “The best – especially freshly baked throughout the day!” one shopper said. “Excellent! Love it, especially when having company for dinner. Love all of your breads,” another raved.

Whole Foods
The bakery section at Whole Foods is packed with freshly baked farmhouse loaves, sourdough, bagels, and more. “Their bagels are surprisingly excellent. Better than more expensive brands,” one fan said. “I like their Rosemary Sourdough bread,” another commented.
Publix
Publix has been making its bread from scratch since 1957, and shoppers love it. “The bakery is so good. I don’t care how much it costs I’ll continue to eat there. The creme cheese cupcakes, the cookies. It’s heavenly,” one fan said.
Costco
Costco bakers use both premixed doughs and made-from-scratch mixes for its huge variety of bread, bagels and more. “The much better ciabatta rolls are at Costco business center – bigger, sturdier,” one shopper said. “Be still my heart. I’m sure it’s regional but ours (San Diego) also has bomb torta rolls and sourdough). Business Costco my one true love.”
