Why we love this deal
As the weather cools down and fall gives way to winter, keeping warm at home becomes a bit more difficult, especially if you’re holding off on turning on the heat. Of course, when sleeping you can always use a comforter or farmhouse quilt to stay cozy, but what about when you’re walking around on the chilly floor? That’s when you need a good pair of slippers. If you’re going to buy a new pair of house shoes anyway, we recommend getting ones that can be tossed in the washer at any time to increase their longevity. Walmart is currently selling a pair at a big discount, and we think this is a clean deal.
The Longbay Memory Foam Washable Slippers are on sale for only $23. That’s an impressive discount of 32% off the original price, which was $34. It’s one of Walmart’s bestsellers for a reason, and that reason is much more than just the affordable price.

Why do shoppers love it?
These slippers deliver a lot of upside. In addition to the great sale price, they’re durable, comfortable, and easy to slip on and off. The upper is made from soft corduroy fabric, which is incredibly lightweight yet rugged on the outside. Underneath, there’s a moderately thick rubberized outsole. The sole has ample grip on the underside, meaning you can easily take the dog for a quick walk outside on a slick sidewalk without fear of falling. The inside of the upper has a smooth fabric interior that won’t scratch or irritate your foot during long periods of wear.
Speaking of the slippers’ internal design, it has an billowy cushioned memory foam insole that feels like walking on a cloud, according to buyers. Underneath the memory foam is a standard flat sole to separate the memory foam from the rubber outsole. Unlike many clogs or mules, these slippers have a full back heel, which keeps them secure on your feet no matter what activity you’re doing. The thick heel-to-toe padding throughout the interior of the slippers also keeps you feeling warm and cozy throughout the day and night.
While the look and feel of this comfy footwear is worth considering, its convenience is what makes it worth buying immediately. For starters, the overlapping hook-and-loop closure that keeps them on your feet allows for quick and easy on and off. What’s more, they’re completely machine washable. You can drop them in the washing machine any time they need to be freshened up, and they’ll come out looking and smelling brand new. That’s a welcome design feature for anyone who uses their slippers on the daily and wants them to last.

The reviews from Walmart customers were highly complimentary. One described the slippers as a “great gift.” The same buyer said, “This is my second time buying these for my husband. He loves them…True to size.” Many shoppers also added that they’re perfect for those who suffer from diabetes and swollen feet.
