Why we love this deal
If there’s one household item that gets far more use than most might expect, it’s a folding pop-up tent. Whether you’re a regular beachgoer or you just want some shade for lounging in your backyard, a portable pop-up tent is incredibly useful. During Walmart Deals, it’s also incredibly affordable. In fact, the retailer is currently selling a pop-up model for $100 off. It’s not often that you see a discount this big on a well-built pop-up tent, so we think it’s worth looking at if you need to add shade to your outdoor space.
At just $60, it’s a small price to pay for the Ainfox Portable Pop-Up Canopy. Especially considering the regular price is $160, which means you’re getting it for 62% off. You can have protection from the sun and the rain for less than a family meal at your favorite restaurant, but only until Walmart Deals ends on Oct. 11 or while stock lasts.

Why do shoppers love it?
This tent has all the convenience you could want, but none of the extra cost. It’s well made, easy to use, and even comes with an extra bonus: sidewalls for additional shade and weather protection. The tent measures 8-by-8 feet, with adjustable height. Not only are the hollow stainless steel frame bars strong, but their design also makes the entire frame lightweight. The canvas roof and sidewall are waterproof and protect you from the sun’s harmful UV rays. Both are meant to hold up under wind, rain, and sustained sun exposure. They’re made from silver-coated Oxford cloth, which his a premium material that doesn’t always come with a canopy at this price point.
According to buyers, one person can easily put the canopy up in minutes. You simply put the canvas roof over the frame, then extend the legs and click in place. Included with the frame and the canvas roof panel are four stakes, four rope ties, and a carrying bag.
The sidewall easily attaches to any face of the tent when in use. This is especially useful for those who plan to take the tent to the beach, the park, or anywhere else where you may not be familiar with the position of the sun. It’s also helpful for picnics when you don’t want the wind to blow your plates and other small items away. As was referenced earlier, the sidewall is made from the same Oxford fabric as the roof, so it’s just as durable and sure to last as long as the former. The tent is available in seven color variants and comes either with or without the additional sidewall.

Walmart customers were very pleased with this tent. One praised its “great size” and said it’s “easy to set up.” The same buyer added that “The side wall keeps the cool air contained.”
