A priceless military artifact has been destroyed thanks to Pete Hegseth being a vain, self-absorbed little bitch.

According to new reporting from The Washington Post, Trump-era Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth wanted one of the two massive globes housed at the Pentagon, believed to have been used by Dwight D. Eisenhower, moved into his office. But when staffers tried to move the priceless historical artifact, the globe crashed onto its stand and punctured the surface of Antarctica.

Photographs obtained and published by The Post show a massive hole, measuring several inches, in the bottom of the globe, which is said to date back to the 1930s. The Army has confirmed that the artifact was broken during an “attempted move” on February 3rd.

Spokesperson Christopher Surridge also confirmed that the massive hole in the bottom of the globe wasn’t the only damage sustained, as the globe was knocked loose from the mechanism that allows it to spin.

The disastrous accident left Hegseth’s office globe-less, as the artifact could not be moved after sustaining such substantial damage.
