It’s made with a recycled polyester soft-shell face fabric that’s been treated with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish to wick away moisture and keep water from permeating the jacket in wet or damp conditions. The soft-shell face fabric is bonded to an internal knit grid backer to provide insulation during cold conditions. These backers typically have a raised geometric grid pattern that pulls sweat away from your body, promotes airflow, and provides lightweight warmth so that you stay comfortable even if you don’t have other layers on.
There are two interior mesh-lined torso pockets to provide further insulation with room for body or hand warmers and a zippered pocket that’s great for keeping more sensitive items secure.
