We already knew that Final Fantasy 7 Revelation was going to launch sometime in ‘spring 2027‘, but today director Naoki Hamaguchi took to Sony’s State of Play livestream to inform us all that the game has a locked-in release date: 8th April, 2027. It’ll launch worldwide, and on all platforms – that’s PS5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X/S, and PC – at the same time (the first game in the series to do so).
